What areas do you serve?
Services are currently available throughout Franklin, Delaware, and Fairfield Counties. Additional surrounding counties may be available based on scheduling and travel availability.
What is the difference between supervised visitation and monitored exchanges?
Supervised visitation includes a neutral third party present during the parenting time session. Monitored exchanges involve supervising the transfer of the child between parties to help support safe and smooth transitions.
Where do visits take place?
Visits may occur at approved community locations or in an office setting. Community locations may include libraries, parks, or other child-friendly public spaces approved in advance.
When will office-based services be available?
Office-based supervised visitation and monitored exchanges are available beginning June 2026 in Downtown Columbus near local courthouses and public transportation.
Will I receive the office address after booking?
Yes. Appointment details and location information are provided after scheduling and intake completion.
Is an intake appointment required?
Yes. An intake appointment is required before services begin to review expectations and court orders (if applicable) and gather necessary information.
How much do services cost?
Fees vary depending on the service type and location. Please visit the Fees page or contact us directly for current pricing.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Square, Zelle, and PayPal. Payment is due in advance according to policy guidelines. Cash is not accepted.
Can observation notes be provided?
Yes. Observation notes may be available based on the service provided. Additional documentation or court-related reporting may involve additional fees.
Can visits be ended early?
Yes. Visits may be ended or suspended if safety concerns arise, policies are violated, or circumstances require intervention.
Are you a legal service or counseling provider?
No. Central Ohio Visitation LLC provides neutral supervised visitation and monitored exchange services and does not provide legal advice, therapy, custody recommendations, or counseling.
